Take care not to over mashAdd spring onions, garlic, corriander, chilli, ginger, lime juice and worcestershire sauce andmix together.Palce polenta on a plate. Shape the bean mixture into 8 patties and roll them in the polenta.Heat 4tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers on medium heat for about 3 minutes each side.Serve with green salad and potato fries.
